आजाद भारत में पहली बार स्वाघीनता दिवश के 133 दिन बाद इस लोकतांत्रिक देश के खरसवा , झारखण्ड में कपर्यू लगाया गया था

25दिसम्बर 1947 को चंद्रपुर जोजोडीह में नदी किनारे एक सभा आसोजन कि गई जिसमें तय किया गया कि सिंहभूम को उडीसा राज्य में न रखा जय बल्की अलग झारखण्ड राज्य के रूप में यह हो । 1 जनवरी 1948 को खरंसवा हाट मैदान में विरोध स्वरूप किया जाने का पिर्णय लिया गया। उसी दिन गुरूवार हाट -बाजार का भी दिन था । आस पास के महिलाए बाजार करने के लिए आई थी। बच्चों एवं पुरूषों के हाथो में पारम्नरिक तीर धनुष थे। सभी नारे लगासे जा रहे थै और आजादी के गीतगाये जा रहे थे। इधर उड़ीसा राज्य प्रशासन मुख्य सड़कों से न होकर अंधेरे में 18 दिसम्बर 1947 को ही शस्त्र बलो की तीन कंपनियां लेकर खंरसवा मिडिल स्कूल पहुॅचा हुई थी।आजदी के मतवाले इन बातो से बेखबर अपनी तैयारी में लगंे थे। सभी ’जय झारखण्ड ’ का नारा लगाते हुए जा रहे थे।

सुबह राज्य के मुख्य सड़को से जुलूस निकला था इसके बाद कुछ नेतागण खंरसवां राजा के तहल में जा कर उनसे भेट किएतो उन्होने कहा भारत सरकार से बातचीत करेगें। सभा दो बजे दिन से चार बजे दिन सभा भंग किया गया एवं सभी को अपने अपने धर जाने को कहा गया। सभी अपने अपने ध की ओर चल दिये। उसी के आधे धांटे के आद बिना किसी चेतापनी सुरू हंइ नृशंस गोली कांड। आधे धांटे तक गोलियों की बौछार होता रहा। भागते हुए लोगो पर भी गोलिया चली । हजारो स्त्री- पुरूषव मासुम बच्चों को मौत का धाट उतारे

गये।

Cultural Fair cum Adiwasi Avenwaisi 2010

On 18th Sep. 2010, Cultural fair cum Adiwasi Avenwaisi was organized jointly by Janmadhyam, jharkhand Jan sanskritik Front in Utkaramit Middle School Vrindavan.


Procedure adopted in the fair

· The fair was inaugurated collectively and traditionally. The inaugurator was heads of 10 villages.
· Children of Bal Sanskritik Dal welcomed the guests with song and dance. Girls in traditional dance costumes entered on the stage with bronze ‘lota’(small pitcher)in hand. After Dobok Johar (Santali salute) they put the lota on the stage and put mango leaves into the lotas. The village heads took them in hands and sprinkled water with the leaves from the lota. This way the program was inaugurated.

Cultural fair in SahibganjThe students coming first, second and third in Sanskritik Gyan Pratiyogita and Painting and Drawing Competition were given prize by village heads, Principal and social activist.
· Thereafter three great social and cultural thinkers of that locality were honored with shawl. The honored persons were- Manjhi Besra, village head Vrindavan; Sobasini Soren(F), village head Karanpurato; Sawapan Kumar Roy, the principal U M School Dudhkol.
· An exhibition of painting of cultural objects as well as antique objects was stalled separately by children in school premises.
· Sorhai, Langde, Baha, Dong and Gulbari songs and dance were performed on the stage by cultural teams.One of the Samajik song was ‘surajmukhi sad baha juwan aamgi’ The song addressed to Santali youths mean that you all are like a sunflower. Which had the brightness of the sun, and now our community and culture were in danger, you have to protect it.
· After the cultural function a discussion on ‘traditional self governance and its problem’. Started. For entering into the topic, concept paper was read and distributed among all village heads present on the stage.
· The concept paper was translated in Santali for the masses.





Following Questions were asked to the village heads:-

1) Do you have the knowledge of your right?
2) Do you have the facilities given by the government?
3) Do you want to strengthen the system of traditional self governance?
4) What steps should be taken by youths to strengthen traditional self governance system (TSGS)? And so on…
Prem Prakash Presenting the Concept PaperThe village heads replied that TSGS is based on actual democracy. All are given equal right in this system. But the main problem is that the policies of government are difficult to understand due to illiteracy. Not any type of facility provided by the government. Moreover the attempt is being made to destroy the system. Panchayat election is totally against the system. For strengthening this, equal education is must as well as the education should be culture based.

This type of effort was required more to create awareness in masses. The program was ended with thanks giving.

Chaibasa

On 9th August 2010, Ho Language Seminar cum Cultural Program was organized on the occasion of world aadiwasi day (9 August) in Ravindra Bhawan, Chaibasa.The program was held jointly by Janmadhyam Ranchi, Ho Kala Sangam, Chaibasa, and All India Students Union.
K Sriniwasana the DC of Chibasa was present there as a chief guest on that occasion. Prof. Arjun Birua, Manapat Pingua, Sushil Kumar Purti, Shamucharan Tubid, Shiv Dayal Sundi, Budhram Solanki, and Prem Prakash from Janmashyam were present on the stage along with the chief guest. All of them were honored with bouquet and badge by the girls of cultural group of Ho Kala Sangam.
Guests in Ho Sahitya SammelanThe Seminar was inaugurated with the lighting of deep collectively by all intellectuals and great persons present on the stage.After the inauguration Mage Porab a booklet published by Janmadhyam and written by Lokindra Dewgam was launched. In addition Johar Deshauli a monthly magazine on Ho language prepared by the joint venture of Janmadhyam and Ho Kala Sangam was launched.Prizes and Certificates were distributed by the hands of the DC Chibasa to 6 top scorer in the Sanskritik Gyan Pratiyogita held on 1st August 2010.All the prizes and certificates were provided by Janmadhyam. Students participating in SPG 2010 at Chaibasa College ChaibasaBodra, Sri Suraj Dewgam, And Smt. Basanti Mali dedicated for the enrichment of Ho language , literature, art, and culture were honored with shawl by the DC. After a short break second session was started, where discussed on the topic of ‘The future of Ho language, literature and culture’ Prem Prakash from Janmadhyam expressing his views said that capitalist culture has been trying to destroy all the regional languages like Santali , Mundari including Ho. Language is prime basis for our culture. It has the capacity to reflect the philosophy of our culture He advocated for the compulsory education on regional languages (Ho , Santali ,Mundari) in primary education . Thereafter the DC K. Sriniwasana praised the joint effort of Janmadhyam and Ho Kala Sangam. He expressed his vies totally in Ho language. Sushil Kumar Purti reiterated the relevance of Ho language citing the significance of it. He made it easy and interesting talking about its pronunciation method. He also forced to include all regional languages to present education system. Pushpa Aind from Janmadhyam expressing her views in Mundari appealed for unity.
After the seminar cultural program started where many Ho songs were produced by the girls of cultural group of Ho Kala Sangam in the direction of Rupanti Hembrom . Welcom song had been sung by these very girls before the launching of the booklet. Several songs were produced by Roop Singh Sidhu too.
Gowardhan, Jairaj Sekhar, Pushpa Aind, Jaimuni Barayudh, Shamim Ansari and Prem Prakash from Janmadhyam were actively engaged during the whole process.
An exhibition of the books and magazines published by Janmadhyam was stalled at the entrance of the hall by Shamim Ansari, Jaimuni Barayudh and Gowardhan, and distributed the booklets to the people arrived to witness the program. Jairaj Shekhar shot subtly in his video camera of whole episode.

Features of the program
· The hall was full packed from beginning to end during the program.
·
Dancing during the Ho Sahitya SammelanThere were people from Munda, Santal, Sadan and Muslim community as well as Ho community.
· The opportunity to expand the ideas were got in the program through books published from Janmadhyam .
· All were dedicated for the success of the program forgetting thirst and hunger.
· There were teachers, professors, cultural thinkers, artists, journalists, literary figure as well as social activists along with students from schools and colleges present in the program.
· Cultural team of youths started song and dance in the ground outside the hall even after the announcement of program termination.
